What is Brainwave Entrainment?

In 1973 a amazing study named “Auditory Beats in the Brain” by Dr. Gerald Oster of the Mt. Sinai Medical Center was published in the Scientific American. This study confirmed that the human brain would change its brainwaves to match and then follow specific auditory beats contained in audio.

Brainwave entrainment is the process of embedding special frequencies into media such as music, which gently encourages the brain to changes its brainwaves patterns so they become in sync with the frequencies patterns embedded in the media.

Now why is this important?

The relationship between your brainwave frequencies and your physical and emotional states is a "two way street". In other words, as your physical or emotional state changes, so do your brainwaves change. If your brainwaves change, your physical and emotional state will soon follow suit.

Years of brain research confirms that the brain produces very specific frequencies based on what the person is doing. For example; A person that is enjoying deep sleep will produce very different brainwave frequencies than a person that is wide awake.

Now, in 2010, we are able to embed brainwave entrainment frequencies into audio with such laser point precision that we can reliably encourage people’s brains to change their brainwave frequencies to ones that are associated with the most valued cognitive, emotional and physical states that we know of.

The results are absolutely amazing. Using the most recent and cutting edge audio technology, we are now producing audio tracks that can help people achieve results faster and easier than ever before.

Below you find just a few of the valuable results that can be obtained by using brainwave entrainment technology on a regular basis:

  • Deep Rejuvenating sleep
  • Brain Balance (cerebral hemispheric synchronization)
  • Stress reduction
  • Profound meditative states
  • Improved memory
  • Increased processing speed
  • Super learning
  • Focus and concentration
  • Relief from anxiety and depression
  • The list goes on and on...

Some researchers have even been able to show increases in IQ of up to 17% in previously mentally challenged individuals.

The bottom line is that by using this technology, we can help people improve their lives faster and easier than ever before.
